Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom items.  Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us at info@laseritva.com right away if there is a problem. 

Disclaimer

Please keep in mind that wood has natural imperfections and some will engrave darker and some lighter.  None will be exactly alike which makes them unique and one of a kind.  There could be a smell to the items of burnt wood but that should dissipate over time.
