Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@laseritva.com immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  Unfortunately, we don't have any control over shipping damage, loss of packages or shipping delays but all larger packages are shipped with tracking and insurance for your protection.  Smaller packages are shipped USPS first class mail but you can elect to choose other methods for an additional fee.
